1. General

By purchasing tickets for the Fields Farm Christmas Grotto, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Fields Farm reserves the right to amend these terms where necessary.

2. Tickets

- All tickets must be purchased in advance through the official Fields Farm booking system.
- Tickets are valid only for the date and session time stated on the booking confirmation.
- Guests are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes before their allocated session. The experience runs to a strict timetable, and late arrivals may miss parts of the event. We cannot guarantee entry after your session has started.
- All bookings are subject to availability.

3. Admission

- Every person attending, including adults and children, must have a valid ticket unless otherwise stated.
- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

4. Food & Dietary Requirements

- Food choices and dietary requirements must be provided at the time of booking.
- Under 2 and Under 6 Month tickets do not include food.
- While every effort will be made to accommodate allergies, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- Menu items may be substituted if necessary.

5. Santa Experience

- Every child attending, including Under 2 and Under 6 Month tickets, will have the opportunity to visit Santa.
- A gift is included with every paying child ticket, including Under 2 tickets.
- Under 6 Month tickets include a visit to Santa but do not include a gift or food.

6. Photography

- Photography is encouraged for personal use.
- Fields Farm may take photographs or video for promotional purposes. Please inform staff on arrival if you do not wish to appear.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
- If you are unable to attend your booked session, no refund will be offered.
- If you arrive late and miss part or all of your session, no refund will be given.
- Fields Farm may, at its discretion, transfer bookings subject to availability.
- If Fields Farm cancels the event, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.

8. Event Changes

Fields Farm reserves the right to make changes where necessary.

9. Health & Safety

Guests must follow staff instructions. Disruptive guests may be asked to leave without refund.

10. Liability

Fields Farm accepts no responsibility for personal belongings except where required by law.
